Exterior design for a villa with a length of 32 m
Wooden and concrete vertical elements were added to break the length of the façade and reduce the solar radiation entering the interior spaces.
The plant element along the facades and the tall tree at the entrance help to improve the quality of the interior atmosphere of the building.
A large water surface and green spaces were relied on in the vicinity of the building to improve the villa's environment
And relying on prominences, which I used as terraces and shaded outdoor sessions, to prevent the entry of olfactory radiation in the summer and allow it in the winter.
